Visiting the temples is an incredible experience and employing the services of a great guide can provide fantastic information on both the history of the sites as well as an insight into the Khmer culture. A private temple guide can greatly enhance your experience while touring the Ancient Angkorian sites. Sojourn has a small team of licensed English speaking guides that are fully qualified and have both personality and flare. We highly recommend booking a guide in advance to ensure you do not miss out. We do not use guides from the general association guide. The base rate for the Main Angkor Park is $30 per day for an English Speaking Guide. Whether you build your own program, design one with your guide or choose one of our specially designed itineraries we are confident you will have a sensational temple experience. Transport costs Our recommended form of transport is by car to the temples. A car is $30 per day for the main temple complex. Distant temples such as Banteay Srei and Beng Melea are additional. |
